2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website gaudestudio.com to end consumers (B2C) residing in the European Union and other countries. By placing an order, the buyer fully accepts these conditions.
3. Products and Availability
The jewelry from the Gaude Studio collection is made to order. Production times are indicated on each product page. Concept store products (third-party brands) are sold subject to indicated availability.
Product images are indicative and may show slight differences from the actual product due to photographic rendering.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include Italian VAT (22%) for orders destined for Italy and the EU. For non-EU orders, prices may be displayed net of local taxes; any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Gaude Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied is that indicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Order and Contract
The order is completed when the buyer receives the order confirmation email. Before this time, Gaude Studio reserves the right to cancel the order in case of product unavailability, obvious pricing error, or payment issues, with timely notification.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, UnionPay. Payment is securely processed by Shopify Payments and their respective providers. Gaude Studio does not store credit card data.
7. Shipping
Shipments are made via selected couriers through Packlink PRO. Shipping times and costs are indicated at checkout before order confirmation.
- EU shipments: free for orders over €100; chargeable for smaller orders.
- Non-EU shipments: costs and times are indicated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external causes (couriers, customs, exceptional events).
8. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and Legislative Decree 206/2005, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without needing to provide reasons.
8.1 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Send written communication within 14 days of receipt to: [email protected], indicating the order number and the products to be returned. You can use the attached model form (Annex I).
8.2 Product Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying withdrawal, in original, unworn condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except when the product is defective or non-compliant.
8.3 Refund
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.
8.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved jewelry, materials requested specifically).
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. In case of a lack of conformity, the buyer is entitled to repair, replacement, or, in cases provided by law, a price reduction or contract termination.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Talas S.r.l. or their respective owners and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
11. Applicable Law and Competent Forum
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules in force in the buyer's country of residence apply.
