1. Who we are
Talas S.r.l. (hereinafter "Gaude Studio", "we") manages the e-commerce site gaudestudio.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal data of users who visit the site or make purchases.
2. Data collected and purposes
2.1 Website browsing
While browsing, we automatically collect technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration) via Google Analytics 4 and Shopify cookies, for statistical purposes and to improve the site. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
2.2 Purchases and orders
To process an order, we collect: name and surname, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (optional), payment data. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify Payments and other providers (PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) — Gaude Studio does not see or store card data. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
2.3 Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address to send you commercial communications about new collections, events, and promotions. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
2.4 Contact forms and consultation booking
The data entered in the forms (Shopify Forms, consultation booking system) are used exclusively to respond to your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b-f GDPR).
2.5 Reviews
If you leave a review via Judge.me, the data (name, email, text, photos) are processed according to Judge.me's privacy policy (https://judge.me/privacy).
2.6 Instagram Feed
The site displays public Instagram content via Instafeed. We do not collect personal data through this widget.
2.7 Shipments
Shipping data is transmitted to Packlink PRO and the selected couriers for order fulfillment. Legal basis: contract performance.
2.8 Wholesale
If you use the wholesale section, data is also managed by Faire (https://www.faire.com/privacy-policy).

4. Transfer of data outside the EU
Some providers (Shopify, Google) process data in non-EU countries. Transfers are carried out in compliance with Articles 44-49 GDPR, using standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission or other appropriate instruments.
5. Retention period
- Order and billing data: 10 years (Italian tax obligation).
- Marketing / newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn.
- Browsing / analytics data: 26 months (standard GA4 configuration).
- Contact data: 24 months from the last contact.
6. Your rights
Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it elsewhere, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
