1. How can I purchase your jewelry?

Gaude Studio sells exclusively online. You can purchase our jewelry directly on our website. Each piece is made to order, so once your order is complete, our team will begin handcrafting your piece.

2. What does "made to order" mean?

Every piece of jewelry from Gaude Studio is made to order. We don't produce in bulk; each piece is created specifically for you after we receive your order. This allows us to offer you personalized jewelry, handmade in Italy, according to your tastes.

3. How does the production and shipping process work?

Orders are collected weekly on a 7-day cycle. At the end of each weekly wave, we begin production of the jewelry. Your jewelry will be ready to ship within two weeks of the end of the wave. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Because our jewelry is made to order, production takes time. Orders are collected weekly, and production begins after each wave. Once in production, your order will be ready for shipment within two weeks. Therefore, you should expect a total lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks from the order date.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card and PayPal. Transactions are secure and encrypted to ensure a safe shopping experience. We do not currently accept payments by bank transfer.

6. How can I choose the right size for rings and bracelets?

Each product has a size guide on our website to help you choose the correct size. If you're unsure, you can also use a ring sizer or visit a trusted jeweler to determine your exact size.

7. Are your jewelry made of high-quality materials?

Yes, each of our jewelry pieces is crafted with the highest quality materials, chosen to ensure durability and beauty. We use only gold, sterling silver, and select gemstones, handcrafted in Italy.

8. Are the jewels guaranteed?

Yes, all our jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.

9. How can I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in tip-top condition, avoid exposing it to chemicals, water, or excessive sweat. Store your jewelry in a dry, safe place, away from heat sources, and keep it in the box or pouch you received with your purchase.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. During checkout, you can select your destination country and see the applicable shipping costs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

11. How can I return or exchange a product?

Because our jewelry is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to product selection.

If the return is due to:

  • wrong size
  • wrong product

Contact us within 15 days of receipt to make your return.

Additionally, personalized products (such as those with engravings or design modifications) cannot be returned or exchanged . However, if your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a free replacement or repair.

12. Are your jewels customizable?

Yes, we offer the option to customize some of our jewelry, such as rings and bracelets, with engravings or design changes. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss available customization options.

13. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your shipment on the courier's website.
